Email Communication Guidelines

ARP Email List Guidelines

The ARP board developed guidelines about the ARP email list to maintain value for members and to avoid generating spam. The board decided that the ARP listserv is used to distribute information to members about ARP business, calls for papers in non-predatory journals, special meetings/conferences, or job opportunities. It is not used to recruit participants for studies, acquire data for meta-analyses, or to announce products that might be of interest to members. An original message and one reminder will be sent. Questions about this guidance can be directed to the ARP President or to the Executive Officer. Any disputes over specific uses of the listserv will be resolved by a vote of the executive board.
